We’re gearing up for 2025 to be another amazing year of content for Meta Quest. It’s impossible to mention every single notable game on the Meta Horizon Store worth checking out, but we’ve selected a handful of notable titles ranging from some which are already available and a few to look forward to coming very soon. Alien: Rogue Incursion (Out Now!)

Mysterious events are taking place at a Gemini Exoplanet Solutions research facility. Batman: Arkham Shadow (New Updates)

Ghosts of Tabor (Directive Zero Update)

Ghosts of Tabor is a hard-core extraction-based VR FPS PvPvE survival game where you must use your wits, skills, and resources to survive. In December, the developers at Combat Waffle Studios and publisher Beyond Frames Entertainment launched a huge new update with Directive Zero. This update included tons of new content including a revamp to the mission system, story-driven quests, more lore, a new map, and a fresh PvE-focused game mode to further diversify options for players. Check it out for yourself now!

Gorilla Tag (Fourth Anniversary Events)

Reject Humanity. Become Gorilla. Run, climb, and jump in VR using a unique locomotion method that only needs the movement of your hands and arms. No buttons, no sticks, no teleportation. Metro Awakening

Skydance’s BEHEMOTH

Triangle Strategy

Animal Company (Valentine’s Event)

Enter the chaotic and fun world of Animal Company, where survival meets pure chaos in this multiplayer VR adventure. Whether you’re exploring eerie environments, customizing your character in the Lab, or braving the terrors that await you and your friends, the excitement never stops. Animal Company is in Early Access right now with weekly updates, there’s always something fresh to experience. The new Valentine’s-themed update is coming on February 14! This update will expand maps to include hell lava caves, introduce a new flying swarm monster, add a zipline gun and rope item, and even feature a chocolate box and heart crossbow item.

Ghost Town (Coming Soon)

Explore the supernatural in Ghost Town, a thrilling VR adventure by Fireproof Games, creators of the widely acclaimed game series The Room, including the critically-acclaimed and fan-loved The Room VR: A Dark Matter. Step into the boots of Edith Penrose, a witch turned ghost hunter who walks the haunted streets of London tracking and exorcising restless spirits. Onward (Update 2.0)

Years later, Onward is still one of the most beloved and celebrated VR tactical shooter games available. Now, we’re thrilled to let you know that later this year, Onward will receive its biggest update ever with Update 2.0. There will be a massive graphical overhaul across weapons and utilities , a new Operator system with 20 new characters, and new map content. If you’re rusty, you can dive into the game for yourself to train up ahead of time or enjoy access to Onward via a Meta Quest+ subscription. Zombie Army VR (Coming Soon)

Zombie Hitler may have been defeated, but the zombie hordes are still at large and Europe remains in the throes of war.
